1. Open the Project folder.
2. Go to assets\images\launcher.
3. Replace icon.png, foreground.png, and background.png with your logo (follow the padding of the image and don't change the file name).
4. Then on terminal run command "flutter pub run flutter_launcher_icons" and the press enter.
5. Once finished, your app icon will be changed once you build the app.
