1. Open the Project folder.
2. Go to assets\images.
3. Replace splash.png with your splash image (follow the padding of the image and don't change the file name).
4. Then on terminal run command "flutter pub run flutter_native_splash:create" and the press enter.
5. Once finished, your app icon will be changed once you build the app.
